Adding the App

  1. Login to your Zoom Account: Navigate to Zoom and sign in with your credentials.
  2. Go to the Zoom App Marketplace: Access the Zoom App Marketplace.
  3. Search for Our App: In the search bar, type the name of our app, "AgentFlash", and select it from the search results.
  4. Add the App: Click the "Add" button to start the installation process.
  5. Authorize the App: Follow the on-screen instructions to authorize the app. You may need to grant permissions for the app to access your Zoom account.
  6. Configure Settings: After adding the app, configure the necessary settings to sync with your Calendly account and customize other preferences.

Meeting Scheduling and Management:

Use Case: Automatically synchronize Zoom meetings with Calendly events.

Prerequisites: Ensure your Zoom and Calendly accounts are connected and authorized within the app.

Use Case: Access and manage your Zoom meeting recordings from a centralized dashboard.

Prerequisites: Ensure recording permissions are enabled in your Zoom account settings.

Attendance Tracking:

Use Case: Track participant attendance for Zoom meetings, especially useful for training sessions.

Prerequisites: Ensure meeting hosts enable attendance tracking features in Zoom.

Removing the App

  1. Login to your Zoom Account: Navigate to Zoom and sign in with your credentials.
  2. Go to the Zoom App Marketplace: Access the Zoom App Marketplace.
  3. Manage Added Apps: Click on "Manage" and then "Added Apps."
  4. Select the App: Search for our app and click on it.
  5. Remove the App: Click the "Remove" button to uninstall the app from your Zoom account.

Removing the app will stop the synchronization of Zoom meetings with Calendly and halt any ongoing attendance tracking. All stored data will be securely deleted from our servers within 30 days of app removal.

  • Check your internet connection and try again.

  • Verify that your Calendly and Zoom accounts are properly connected.
